Hi just wondering if the FAD is far enough off ballina to fish with all the closures.. also wondering if so if there is any dollies about..... Also how far north and south of the bar is also open for fishing if wanting to fish close reefs???
No probs about the FAD being out far enough, it's just getting the chance to get out there to it.............We haven't managed a fish since before Xmas, so no idea what's happening out there, but there should be some Dollies around???
Slimmest possibility of a run out tomorrow, if we go, will let you know how it was.

We looked at the bar about 5am this morning, no probs there, but the rain was putting people off.
We were supposed to fish a club outing today, only 2 of our boats showed up, but about 6 came down from Lismore for an outing of their own.
We were keen for a go, but after seeing how much rain the boat caught between 6.30 & 10am when I resurfaced.................might be a good thing we came home. She was filled to the deck, took 25 mins for it to drain out the bungs, no wonder the tyres looked a bit flat.
