Hadnt been down to swansea/lake maquarie for a while so went down on sunday for a live baiting session, i've only fished there a dozen or so times and usually have no troubles getting live bait from the northern side of moon island, was unable to find any at all so fooled around with soft plastics in the channel (few bream and a decent flathead) any local blokes from around here (newcastle area) who could give me a heads up as to where to track a few down would be appreciated as i have only ever got them @ N of moon Island. Also, im plannin an all nighter out somewhere down there on friday night, maybe the drop off, bridge or around Pulbah Island, or out near the heads, chase a jew or kingy or nothin, any ideas, cheers, hows the weather hey...

the weather is blooding scorching,
go to fishermens wearhouse on the highway at marks point they will tell you the best places to go, the drop off channel, and pulbah sound preetty good though
