Refreshing to see a large company that values it's customers.
I broke the clip on a Plano tacklebox that must be at least ten years old. My fault.
[sales@jmgillies.com.au] (the Australian Importers) posted out a replacement clip.
When I emailed to ask the cost and postage, this was the response:
"There is no charge, Plano's warranty covers latches and handles etc for the life of the box."
I had to tell someone.

there good like that. gillies that is no questions asked. replace without question.
Kudos to them.
I'd probably not have bothered because I have a couple of old tackle boxes I fixed latches on that are now in the garage as small tool boxes.
I have noticed the latch on the Plano I have is better made and sturdier than the other tackle boxes I have owned and seen around.
Good to know, thanks ozbizweb
Morning all,
Just wanted to see if the importor / email has changed? I have 2x boxes that have broken hinges, not that old, I have emailed them but no response thus far.
