Replying to a private message

I recieve a private message, I hit reply button, I type in response, I then hit submit button and the following appears "The following users were not found:" Please can someone help?

That user may have been banned perhaps?

Make sure you are typing your message in the "Message" box at the bottom of the screen, not the "To" box at the top of teh screen.

If you look under the box you will see this "

"You may send your message to up to 5 people at a time.
Separate multiple user names with ';'"

The box is big enough for you to type in 5 different names.
