I look at the weather charts and see different. Saturday looks like the highs will weaken and the winds will drop for a day or 2.
Either way, it is still at this stage, going to be a bit wild and wooley out there.
After waiting 12 months for this M&G, jeez that pisses me off!!!

Mate, theres always pancake creek. Great spot. Not many bities. Good fishing. Trevally, Queenies and Mackerell etc. The odd Reefy around the corals too.
    Also very sheltered.
    Good camp grounds as well.
Never too windy in there unless the wind comes from the north and that aint happenin next week.
We are still a chance for the highs to slow or get pushed down and get some good weather.
Maybe Phil will listen to me for next year and run it in September. This being the case, I can almost guarantee that the weather will turn to shit for the first time.lol.

If anyone wants a lift up there on Friday 10th I will be driving alone...

Also returning Sunday morning 12th (not too early though) and would love some company coming home.

pm me if interested! All I want is the company, fuel is supplied!

    Cheers,

    Tim

Phil, do you have that plan B pancake creek option out of draught and into practice yet?
Obviously, with mother nature, anything can happen in the next few days but I would suggest that plan b be ready to go Phil. Personally I will be protected from the winds heading down to Pacake and it does have some great fishing with the worlds largest area of estury corals.
If all goes to absolute shit, I will head down by road for Saturday night and see what develops from there.
Berty is almost back together. Just a bit of furniture and the new freezer goes on tonight.
Who knows what forecast to go by this far out

Seabreeze (Central) is reflecting what Windfinder is for 1770 / Agnes Water (Maybe working of the same info)

Either way chasing Reds, Estuary fishing, crabbing, watching Bathurst or up the Tavern with good company, ya can't loose !

    LMFAO classic!

Truth is damo, I think he's already bringing fairy bread.......or maybe that is just his mate's name. time will tell.

2 day's sleep to go!!!! bloody nightshift
Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. But ,flogging him into submission will result in him taking up crabbing.... and once he gets a taste of that sh*t, well, he may never return again.

Well bloody hell. Those 2 reports look great for next week.
Bom is saying sh!t weather for the weekend and buoyweather is similar showing 8-12 foot seas and 15-25kn.
    So the verdict is 50/50.
Looking at the charts shows it should be 1/2 reasonable next week with Saturday being the worst day. That works in well considering what is on the cards for Saturday night.
All things considered, I will be driving down on Saturday. M&G Roz's on Saturday night. I WILL be bringing my wife and kids as well. Why should I be the only one to suffer?
I will drive home Sunday and probably sail the Berty down on Monday or Tuesday depending on weather. If its shit still, I will meet the game travellers at Pancake creek.
Pancake has good camping grounds and some bloody good fishing within it.
