The Misus and I are planning to stay at agnes from the 22nd of October have never stayed there before, any tips in finding a tidy pad with storage for a 6mtr platey. Would love to come to the meet and greet but can't make it this time.

For the boat to be stored off the street look around Grahem Coleyer drive I think it is, nice and level properties.

If you don't mind parking the rig on the road which is safe, try "Wave" it has some awsome views, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Bruce, huge deck (with BBQ ) and off-peak costs around $650 for 7 nights included a view from the deck

Newby, I think there is a Mini M & G aboard Carnelpya in Lady Musgrave Lagoon one night during the week.

I know there will be leaks that night

Hope ya get the oil and water situation sorted.

From all reports, everyone is just about ready. Now we need good weather.

Do not worry yourself little one. The good ship "Carnelpya" will be ready tuesday or wednesday.
Weather gods will hopefully play the game this year.
Mini M&G aboard Carnelpya is no dramas. Yes there will be lots of leaks that night for sure. (have to make sue the holding tanks are empty eh?)

I am in an indecision mode on what new reel to get, sold me hilux so I can skim a little of the side and get a new reel (don't tell the missus but )

I have a 300m spool of 50lb braid I want to put back on but rather than putting it on the TLD 15 again I was thinking of buying a TLD 20 or TLD 25 or do I just get another TLD 15

I have never outclassed the TLD15 yet (bring on 1770) I am not strong enough and neither is my line, so would the 20 be better than the 15 for deeper fishing 100m plus?

life has hard decisions haha

I like how simple and long lasting the TLDs are, IMO they are a top value for money reel

Get a Shimmano Trynos 30 or 20

The TLDs are not up too what the new wave of Shimmonos can do
