Yes TOL, Chong is a masterful rum drinker, but Damo and Stuie are studious apprentices, the two big units have extra large tanks to fill. I think his homebrew finally got to him one night actually, Chong ended up playing hooker between the two big units in a impromptu QLD scrum, sadly his feet weren't touching the ground though??

Stuie was particularly charged up having sculled a mug of Chongs finest with a healthy dose of chilli flakes. I think Tranter was lucky he wasnt around that night as no doubt being a cockroach he wouldnt of lasted long against that frontrow.

Finally got round to getting those photos of Cheech Chong and Roz then Stuie and Deiter going through the bar.

Cheech played hide and seek amongst the waves while Stuie, well he hit it flat out.. sadly, i missed the shot of Stuie doing an olympian high jump over the waves... must be that homebrew rum.

    TOL

I used to think I could drink with the best of them, I learnt long ago that I was only pretending.

These blokes are legend's, and like Queenslanders, they are a legend in there own HAND (can't waite for the thunder this comment will bring) .

The reason they can drink so much of Chong's sh!t, is that it is just that, sh!t

    The Truth is

Man can they put it away, whether it's home brewed or factory brewed, I had a small taste of Chong's elixure, not to bad.
I had a bit of a drink with the boy's at the Tavern up there, on the Wednesday night, and it has taken me this long to get over it, and I never touched the home brew, don't know how Stuie is travelling.

You should turn up next year, they're a great bunch of people, even for Queenslanders .

    Mike

I am glad that I wasn't there the night you lot stitched Stuie up, I don;t think I would be over it yet.
And I know I'll never be up to the challenge for OLD BILL, that Mug looks Dangerous.
As for packing down against a front row like that, well, a few head buts and upper cuts were always a hookers speciality
Also I didn't have any bookend support.

    Again
Thanks to one and all for a brilliant time.

    FOUND -

One (looks like) flannel jumper...looks like it would be worn south of the border.
Left in the car after the adventures to pick the pots up.

    Chong

You brew a mighty fine drop. It just so happens a sample was found in the fridge at Sunlover last weekend. As I was feeling much better this time around, I needed to refresh after a big day on the water.

Wags, careful mate.......that mighta been murph's "rum" in the Sunlover fridge. He leaves the bloody stuff everywhere lol.
If u wake up after a big night, and u can't remember if murph was there or not, check the freezer..... if he was even in the suburb, chances are that there'a a bottle of strange fluid in there.

    damo
Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. But ,flogging him into submission will result in him taking up crabbing.... and once he gets a taste of that sh*t, well, he may never return again.

    Finders keepers I say.

Whoever made it.....it wasn't too bad. I'm hoping to be at Sunlover before the end of the month so I'll have to hide the evidence..

    OK i'll bite Trantra !

    TOL

I used to think I could drink with the best of them, I learnt long ago that I was only pretending. So that's why you were walking in circles at the Tavern after a couple of Sambucca shots !

These blokes are legend's, and like Queenslanders, they are a legend in there own HAND (can't waite for the thunder this comment will bring) . Yes it fits in our hand unlike those from NSW between 2 fingers

The reason they can drink so much of Chong's sh!t, is that it is just that, sh!t

The Joy as it is known is top shelf I wouldn't have put in arder for more if it wasn't

    The Truth is

Man can they put it away, whether it's home brewed or factory brewed, I had a small taste of Chong's elixure, not to bad.

And I know I'll never be up to the challenge for OLD BILL, that Mug looks Dangerous. The Mug was passed onto myself lasy year and Stuie has the privilage of looking after it until next year to be past onto another worthy person.
As for packing down against a front row like that, well, a few head buts and upper cuts were always a hookers speciality BOLD statement Rob ! At that time of the night it with 3 of us would have = PAIN ! Just ask Mike when Stuie fell on him !
Also I didn't have any bookend support. That happens in NSW no decent front rowers !

    Again
Thanks to one and all for a brilliant time. AMEN !

    Hi All,

I just arrived back last Tuesday.

Sorry, but I had to reserect this thread after reading all the banter on the 'left over bottles of alcohol' .

EVER HEARD OF FINDERS KEEPERS??????? and guess who owns the fridge at Sunlover.... ME!!!!!!!!!!!

I really should have taken a photo of all the unfnished bottles that were left behind, me thinks there would be a stampeed. Anyway, I've stored most of the full or almost full bottles back in the lockable cupboard for next years fun and games.

    cheers roz
