Good story behind it too ..... Taken at midnight in 12" of water in the Eucumbene R ( Queens birthday weekend .... -2 Deg or thereabouts) ............ On a 4lb tippit
Ran me down the river for a few hundred meters ..... but I never knew how big it was until I tried to net it.
Only downside ..... I would have liked to let it go ( but it was bleeding fairly heavily)

I'm not to good at bragging but I'll give it a go ... 88.5cm Flatty from my first trip to the Pin caught on a Slick Rig in Black/Gold. I'll be back this year for a 90+ model.

I can't pick just one so I will share a couple. First is my PB 73cm Snapper caught off Mud Island.



The second photo is a yellow tail kingfish caught with my uncle Frank OO off Cape Moreton.

My best fishin for 2007 was in october. I fished the Rocky Barra Bounty in the fitzroy river, Rockhampton for the first time. Even though we didn't get any Barra we still did well. These are the 4 fish we got for the two days and were all caught on Berkley soft plastics.

nice work booney . the bounty is definately a good comp to fish. i fished it last year as well. caught barra and threadies but nothing like that black jew. will have to catch up for a brew or two if your up there this year. cheerrs.
