Some good snapper pics. I caught these on a short trip to Shaollow Tempest on Sunday Morning and I was back at the Boat Ramp by 09:30am.

Don't listen to them. Nothing wrong with a MIL. Cut the fatty section at the top of the fillet off and cook it with a little curry in the oil before adding the fish when frying and it comes up pretty well. Good to marinate as well.
