daiwa tierra

hey guys

has anyone got a daiwa tierra if so are they any good thinking about getting one about the 6-14 lb rod and putting a 3000 size reel on it and using it for jacks and trevs mainly all the bigger fish that my drop shot rod cant handle.

I've played with them. Great value for money. Best spin reel in that price range by far.

yer i have 1 in a 1500 model for breamin. has been a great little reel for the price and they has the very same drag system as the daiwa SOL.

I have a 2500 and a 4000, both have had plenty of work, I am very happy with mine. Lovely smooth drag and reliable. With each having a spare spool I run mono on one spool and braid on the other, its like having 4 reels.

Keep in mind you can buy a SOL off ebay for the same price.

nup not in Australia probably wasent directed at me Flattie Assassin but not from Australia and on ebay the sol are about $90 more then the tierra
