late report and no pics sorry but had a ball, put the yak in the water about 2.30,paddled about 100m,first cast and hooked up but dropped him halfway thru the fight, next cast on again and landed a mid 30,s bass, very next cast on again and landed a slightly bigger bass. this was awesome fun,for the next hour i boated 6 more bass all around mid 30,-low forties. Then a mate turned up and started to flick around trying to christen his yak with his first bass. He kept flicking and i kept catching,it was funny watching the reaction on his face everytime he heard the drag screaming off the real,he had a few explicits heading my way, hehehe. all up over 2 1/5 hrs of fishing i landed 14 bass and lost afew more in the fight. all bass where caught on a tn60 jackall.
Just as i was packing up my gear to head home i get a call from dave my mate and he finally got his first bass, trolling a tunsten vibe 60. he was pretty happy with that.
sorry about no pics again, have to get a cheap digital camera(waterproof), anyone know of any that would be great.
Thanks basskid for all your advice, your a champ.
cheers
