    This was caught in a creek at Stanage bay.

    Hey Mate,
    That fish is called a Steel Back Salmon and on light line are extremely fun especially on poppers as they are outragous with there jumping and so forth.

    It's also a female, the males have a black dorsal fin. They're great eating!

    Hi Stesslecc60,
    We went up in October, only have a 13ft tinny so didn't get outside (too windy)
    yes we got muddy's and some nice fish of allsorts up the creeks, only fishing with lures though.
    Highly recomend going, unreal place. Will be going back again hopefully end of next year.
