Yep little clear poppers look like small prawns. Last time i went after them actually saw small prawns flicking across the top with whiting in pursuit. I think a small rios prawn flicked along the top would probably go alright but cant seem to find them anymore. Ben
So do coloured ones work at all?? Say, perhaps a green bubble pop (cos its the lightest colour my local bcf had)?
and, would a Shimano 'Stiffy' 55mm clear/white be too big??
Uhmm yeah they should work maybe go 40mm.
Cheers Tom
Some people scratch the paint of the darker looking poppers, making them clear/white.
clear is great but the clearish yellow poppers are awsome!
and the 55mm stiffy popper is ok in size but a bit to chunky.
a mate and i had a great day catching whiting on megabass juniour dog x
there 72mm long!
Breamnut, Woah those Whiting must ave' big mouths!!!
Cheers Tom
