    Noosa river

    Hi All,
Fished the upper noosa river on the weekend for a productive morning getting 7 bass in around 4 hours. Start with a 25cm then found a patch of good fish resulting with one 42cm, two 45cm and a nice 46cm bass. The other fish were in the thrity's. All were caught on a 3/8oz spinnerbait in a green colour. Overall it was a nice day and to be in such a pristine water way is allways a treat.
    Cheers

    Re: Noosa river

    Hi Nipsta,
You can access from boreen point and cross lake coothaba(I think that is how it's spelt) to get to the river or if you have a canoe you can drive to harry's hut (fwd recommended) and load in there. The river has a 6 knot with no wash speed limit
so it take's about an hour once you cross the lake.
    Cheers
