Murphys
Finally Murphys played the game for Frank and myself this morning was a beautiful run out little swell and next to no wind no sooner got the burley flowing and the snappery squire started coming over the side had a couple of unstoppables and a couple of bite offs from the toothy critters but was a good morning all the same two firsts for us was a nice cobia and a kingy or is it an amberjack iam sure someone will tell me if iam wrong both fish were caught at the same time causing a bit of mayhem Frank got his cobia to the boat first so i just loosened the drag on my rod and let the kingy run while i gaffed his cobe then tightened the drag back up and landed the kingy ,all in all a great morning back at the ramp by 10.30..
9 squirey snapper to 3.5kg
1 cobia
1 kingy/amberjack???
