    Splash,
30lb - Medium, 50lb - Heavy. I have the T Curve medium matched to a TLD25 with 30lb mono and have found it to be excellent setup for trolling and also some bottom bouncing. If you are mostly trolling go the medium with 30lb line, if you are mostly bottom bouncing then step up to the heavy. Hope this helps.

Quality is still delivering long after you have forgotten the price.

Hay Mate I personallyv would go with the T-Curve 15-24kg Bluewater Series in the 7ft model. This would match the Tyronos perfect. I would match it with 300 yrds of 50 lb braid. I run braid on all my mackeral rods the only thing is i run 5m of leader to give it a shock absorber. Hope this helps.

    thanks boys.

I have decided to go with the 30lb medium tcurve sticks. When I first picked up the 15-24kg Heavy sticks, I thought "wow - too heavy for me...". They are pretty damn thick hey!

    OK - I have these 2 15kg Tcurve rods.

For trollign only, what line class should I use with the TYR 30?

I've got a heavy t-curve with a 2 speed tyrnos 30 on it. I run 80lb Platil braid on it and use the rig solely for trolling. Line a bit heavy I hear you say? I hate losing fish especially when they've got a lure attatched to their gob.

    Cheers
