Wanting to fit a couple of Driving Lights on my 95 4x4 Rodeo, a Nudge bar is $500 to buy, Is there anyone out there on the Northside who is capable of making a bracket to accomodate acouple of IFP Driving lights or recommend someone on the Northside, Thanks for now, Cheers Whitto
Whitto, what have you thought of? Check the trading post for a suitable nudge bar, Failing that, have you thought of mounting them on the rollbar/cage of your tray/tub is you have a suitable point there?
Thanks Dave for replying, Not possible this is a crew cab with a flexicraft cab, Will have a look in the trading post and see whats offering, I can't believe the price of a Nudge bar I was quoted $500 how the hell can they justify that price, Thanks again Dave, Cheers Whitto
Whitto, you can buy a bracket that bolts between you number plate and bumper to take driving lights, if the lights are very heavy make up a stay that mounts up onto the grille.
Geoff, Your a champion, thats exactly what Im after unbelievable, that is a big difference in price, $500 for a nudge bar Crazy, Thanks for your help, Cheers Whitto
I have 2x 100W Narva's sitting on the bullbar, and have safely upgraded the halogen lamps in the headlights to 90/100w. May have to upgrade the fuse as well.
Cheap way to go and as my eyesight isn't real flash as it is, much safer. So on full high beam, I have 4 lights pumping out 100w each looking forward.
Would love to put another 4 mounted on the top of the cage bar, but have fears of shopping centres and the like
Be very careful useing 90/100w as alot of light len's these day will get damaged if the globe is not uv cut. Was advised not to do it on my car by an auto electrician you're better off getting blue light or narva 50 Plus
