    Lake Awoonga

    Hey guys,
    I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips for fishing Lake awoonga? I have heard that the B52 about 5" - 6" is a hit but that is it. I am super keen on using my light spin gear and SP's but am afraid that I will get busted off too quick . I Havn't had any practice at trolling so any tips in this area would be great.

    We head up on the 14th - 16th of DEC, I will be in a white Polycraft S/C, drop over and say G'Day.

    gday Greg, mate have a squiz thru freshwater reports, should be every thing you need there. Just type Awoonga into search.
    Havent fished Awoonga a lot my self, but I know others sing the praises of slick rigs adjacent weed beds, I tend to throw classics up the back of the Boyne into bank structure
