Look out Xerubus, the natives are restless.
I thought your report was great. I should declare that although I now know where the restless natives honey hole is, I have absolutely no intention on fishing there. Make sure you put a fence around it and guard it jealously. i know my secret spot got out recently. if it wasn't for this website no one would have known there was an island out in the bay called mud, and certainly no one would have fished it........(please note the sarcasm is intentional)

    Fantastic report Xerebus!

Any post is greatly enhanced if it is an entertaining read as well!

Forget the knockers and keep us enthralled with your elegant prose and unique style.

The post was so good that I nearly went out and bought a yak after I read it!

Mate awesome read, definately the best report since I've been a member...

Shame about the long tail, if it was that buggered, you shoulda jumped in after it....lol. Just keep telling yourself you were going to release it anyway, and not taking it out of the water was the humane way to un hook it.

I know you're smart enought ot work it out, but don't pay any attention the the ones who choose to slander you for your posts, these are the people who thrive off it, maybe if we all ignore them and make no comments that they seem to take as justification, they will all go away and find some other site to abuse people on.

Top read and keep it up mate, looking forward to your next report, especially if it is as action packed as this one.

    Cheers

    Scott

Good Job Mod5, keep up the good work
Personally I was enthralled by the post, I am keen to get into this type of fishing myself and I would be absolutely stoked to bring home even one flatty or squire for my wife and I to eat, so you are caning them !

Also good to see you recovered from your back injury from your encouter out wide (I am sure that was you?)
