I have an 8-9 wt rod and 8wt wff line. Do you guys think this is sufficient for impoundment barra? Also my gear aint exactly the best $ can buy. If I was to purchase a higher quality line do you think this would make a better improvement than upgrading a rod? What line and type do you recomend for all round dam barra work. Any comments would be hugely appreciated.
