Jack buried me but still got a flattie in thye net

Got to the jack spot and straight away poddies everywhere,threw the net once and scored abot15 good size poddies(abot10-15cm)and also a nice size flattie about 45-50cm,must have been stalking the poddies. Anyway got absolutly drenched for one good run with an unstopable jack,was very heavy and went like a rocket straight to the rocks,was very undergunned but had to use all i had to fish with. 6lb fireline and 20lb leader. was still good fun tho,getting soaked and fishing. cant beat it.

have you tried the 80lbs handline yet seems to be all the rave at the moment LOL

after dropping in at bobbys place the sarv to have a gander at his monster jack i had to get a fish fix so i went to that flattie spot i told ya about and nailed a nice 60cm lizard on a eco gear vib first cast
the tides will be good there for the next few arvos if the jacks get the better off you lol
