I have in laws at Bribie Island so get out on the bay or passage when I get the chance. Have taken the boat up as far as the Whitsundays many moons ago .
My son starts an engineering job in Mackay next year so we will have an excuse to head up there again.
plenty of places to fish out of Mackay I don't know around Bribie but the majority of people on this site are from SEQ make sure the young fella can get accom in Mackay as I hear it is very hard to get
