    Stanage Bay 14-18 Nov.

    Gday all,

Doing my 1st trip to stanage on 14th Nov for a few days and looking for any info that people may wish to share as i havnt been before. Im already aware of the huge tides so no need to point that part out. Will have my 4.6M tinnie and mates 7M Trailcraft so we've got all bases covered.

    Cheers,
    JD

You have the boats for it. It is a 100 km of gravel road so make sure you have good stone protection on your trailer i.e. heavy duty shade cloth. We had gravel in the oddest places on the camper. Enjoy yourself BIll

best advice is to ring "pappy" (neil) at stanage bay marine and accomodation center. 49373145 tony and von are on holidays, tonys dad (pappy) is looking after the store there. he fishes the area regurly and can put ya in direction.

    cheers

cheers Lippa, after posting this last night i found the thread in "going fishing" of someone else asking about Stanage for a trip he was planning next year so had abit of a read there. Starting to get f__king excited and getting all my stuff together. I havnt had my boat in the water since April so bring it on.
