daiwa CY

Afternoon all,
Am in Hong Kong at moment, just need to ask all you well informed fishos out there if these reels are worth it, Daiwa CY 2500 A$66 also Shimano Sienna 1000 A$44, there are also some rods here by St croix and fenwick which look ok but i have never heard of them before so am a bit dubious.

Mate Mo Tackles price for the CYs is $129.00. Shimano Siena abot $69.00. Rods any St Croix should be a good buy. Go for It

CY discontinued here, i have one and paid a lot more than 129 bucks in a shop,, great little reel the 2000

the st croix rods are good, have a look what blank there made on i.e SCll-SCV are all good blanks, the higher number SC will mean it will be more expensive but a higher modulus blank, take a look at their website if you knw the model

Hi all, bought both reels for under A$100 and also got St Croix rod for A$70 it has an SCII blank but cant remember which model
