    bass before work

hi all well ive just started working on a house 5mins drive from a good bass producing spot and thought id have a go at them after a cpl of half hearted attemps over the last mth
was last thursday morn b4 work arived bout 5:30 and had been flicking for about 15mins and was just about to give it in when i was woken out of my daze by solid hit and run not long after i had a little 35cm bass at my feet my first in a river
i hadnt caught a bass for a few years and hadnt got one on lure for nearly 11 yrs jeez it brought back some memories and id forgotten how hard they hit lures
nailed another about 5mins later was bit smaller and dropped another not long after 6:00 rolled round and it was time for work was a great way to start the day looking foward to chasin a few on poppers in the coming weeks as ill be working there for the next 6 odd weeks

lure used was an eco gear vibration lure on 8lbs braid and 6lbs fluro leader all fish realesed

    Well done shane,

But were you really going to pack it in after only 15 minutes without a touch?
