You may remember that I bought the "Shiniest tinnie in the World" from Darkside. Well, still working on it, adding something here and there, it should be ready for a launch about mid-November. Still shiny as ever!.
Ezzabees , hows my boat looking ? Some pics would be nice .I found the workshop manual for the outboard , i'ts in perfect nick, i doubt if it's been opened, obviously it's no use to me,and your welcome to it , i will put it in the post this week for you . Cheers Leon !
Hi Darkside. Well you wouldn't like the look now, it's a thousand peices (or seems like it!). The Console, Motor Cover, and stingray painting is finished. Flowcoated and finished with a metallic Blue (4 coats of 2 pack and 2 coats of hardened Gloss). Got the Silver Ausfish stickers to put on! Molded fitting for fire extinguisher. Trying to find one for EPIRB 406. New Etrex GPS, Danforth Compass, 27Mhz radio. (Folding Aerial hard to find!). Refitted Nav lights to Beam. Put on a S/S Bow Roller and Cleat, Running Light. Still to do - Bow Rails and Spray Dodger, Wiring up accessories, get Solar charger. Expecting to launch mid-November. Will call in for that Beam anchor fitting. tks. ezzabees
