    mixed bag offshore

Crossed the bar on the high tideon monday and headed out
conditions were a bit sloppy in a 15kn s/e directions
About 1.5 hrs later we arrived things we a bit slow at first then fish came on the chew wit a few snapper coming in.We were floating down with a 6ball and getting hit about 20 mts under the boat.one bit hit me about 10 mts down next thingabout i had about 200mts line peeled off my reel and that was the end of it hook didnt stick just as well would not had had enought line to stop him, next drop bang again and a lucky supprise got a red about 6kg.Fish wentoff the chew after dark so we had a good night sleep.we woke up at 4am and caught a few more fishthen crossed the bar at high tide again travelling at 50klm all way home .Conditions were flat off shorepity the deckie could catch many fish dont tell anyone i had pee and some leaked on to his bait
here is a few pic of the catch

Well done Pete, mate where did you head out of. I tried calling you a few times on both Sunday and Monday but you must have been too far away. Good to hear you did well.

In life, start off wrong and you'll finish wrong. Put just one skeleton in the closet and you'll have to put another one in to hide the first, and so it goes.
But start off right and you'll finish right. There's no comeback when you stick to the truth - and no skeletons!
