150ish bucks to replace the rod if its broken. ie if you close it in a car door you take the pieces of rod to a loomis dealer and for about 150bucks they will give you a replacement
I f you break your Loomis any wich way you just take it back to your Loomis dealer and pay an expiditor fee around $130 from memory and you $500 rod is replaced.
I've broken a few (careless) and have never had a problem with getting a replacement.
I had one where the rod grip came loose(heaps of use) the tackle shop just rang the loomis rep and I had a new loomis in my hand with no fee at all.
