Etecs oiling up?

I was wondering if anyone has experienced an Etec oiling up the plugs from long periods ot trolling?

Fnq, I don't know anyone who owns one. I have always owned 4 strokes but I have been told the Etecs are as good. I would like to confirm it with some who actually does own and run an Etec.

Never had a problem with mine....i remember reading about one guy who had a problem with oiling up...turned out he was running the wrong oil

I have done heaps of trolling with mine fast and slow, No oiling up or other nasty habits.

Cheers Getout, I'm looking at buying a smaller boat and I think the 4stk in the required horsepower would be to heavy for it so I'm considering an Etec.
