Hello , was wondering if anyone here owns one of these yet and what their thoughts are. I'm looking to purchase one in the near future and are unsure what the best power option would be.

I'm thinking of powering it with a 80hp Yamaha 4stk as most of the fishing I do is trolling. The only problem here is that the 80hp Yamaha weights 172kg which seams alittle transom heavy for a 4.8m boat when you include the weight of dual batterys plus livebait tank.

The other option is an Etec 75hp ( 140kg ) but I haven't had any experience with the Etecs and so I'm unsure as to how suitable they would be to long periods of trolling ( do they oil up at all? ).

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I am a Suzuki man but what about the new Honda 75 ?
Four strokes are better for trolling !

Honda 75 weighs 162kg.

I would also look at Tohatsu Direct Injection 70 and 90hp both weigh 141 kg.
