free!!!!!!!!! hasnt been free for quiet some time now! inskip is great you will have a ball! and the boat can go in there too easily either at bullock point jetty or off the beach at inskip where the barges go from!

    Mate
Inskip is a good place to camp but it is not free.

You have to call into the Rangers Station which is on your right as you enter Rainbow Beach and pay.
May I suggest that you do not leave you rods and reels in the open.
I will be at Rainbow Waters Caravan Park 23/9 - 7/10

    Wayne,

You'll have to used the ramp mate, the ol ford just won't cut it on the beach with your new 'pride'. Plenty of spots to camp too where you don't need 4wd but it looks like you'll only be doing beach walks, but hey Jo will enjoy it with a bottle of bubbly.

    Have a good weekend mate.

    Cheers,
    Tony

yeah i would say tin can bay would suit better as the ramp at bullock point is pretty rugged! big drop on one side bumpy and not looked after since the day it was put in!

Tin Can Bay has a great 3 lane boat ramp but the parking can be a bit of a pain if you arent out early during holiday times as the crowds that come to see the wild dolphins park anywhere even right beside the sign that says cars with boat trailers only, but you get that.
Carlo point at rainbow beach also has a good ramp and the holiday park has a good camping area right next to the boat ramp and there is a deep hole that comes around behind the caravan/holiday park. The kids have caught some good bream in this hole fishing of the bank at night.

    Cheers Craig
