Fish finder/Radio Battery
Does anyone use a 12v electric drill battery to run a fish finder? With space & weight at a premium while travelling might be the way to go. Build into a box with charger & charge while the gennie is going each night. Finder sits on top . Bill

That is a very interesting idea.
I have used a Gell Cell for a short while but the drill battery might be worth a try

I met a bloke that did that, worked well. Even a 14.4v would probably be ok
