headed off from carbrook boat ramp to 6:30
pumped some yabbies in the logan then headed out the front to catch some whiting found alot of weed in some spots however near the bar fished well with no weed presant. Ended up with 18 keepers and i got a huge flattie no camera on board dam went 90 cm all fish were caught on yabbies

Thats an unreal catch there mate
Woulda been wicked to see a pic of the flatty but its always like that when you get that good fish
What sort of gear were you fishing?

Has anyone realised a 90cm Flattie is above the maximum legal size? If it is true then every single one of those Bream and Whiting must be about 40cm long each then?

umm, blue_mako,

I think you misread logan_whiting's article. He threw it back for the reason you are suggesting. There is no photo of it because he did not have a camera on board. There is a photo now because he went home and took a photo of the fish he is allowed to keep!

Top catch logan_ whiting, recent rain is just what the Logan needed!
