What are you live baiting for?. If its any sort of reef/pelagics then yakkas are usually best.
I'm assuming that you are talking about moreton bay? The only place i know of for livies in the bay would be bait jigs at the four beacons, but I dont know how far you are willing to go.
Beacons, ledges and wrecks all produce at times. Any structure in the shipping channel area holds bait at various times
