Had a good chat to the furuno rep. at the show really helpful as well, that kind of service sealed the deal for me!

Great service.... I just tried checking out roguewavemarine.com and they are "closed for business" for a week. Imagine how frustrating that will be with a warranty claim.............no reply for a week!!

Can't beat that mate good choice, the cheapest I could find overseas was still dearer than the price I paid for mine (inc. freight, tranny, gst etc) and a hell of a lot less hassle, so they have come down a fair bit. Good luck with it you won't be dissappointed.

    Yeah mate that really sux.
With the current exchange rate and the fact that you can get the 620 for $1150 locally. It seems like this is a pretty good deal and they may have reacted to people buying from O/S and basically have begun selling for the same money plus GST .
Good on them!I only saved $200 on that price and the exchange rate was about 88 cents at the time.
