Moogerah Saturday

Fished Moogerah on saturday with Chris Galligar. Fished From 8-3 and bagged 40-50 fish. Fish were up in the shallows but moved around all day so had to search for 'em. Some good fish caught with 10 over 45cm. Biggest fish for the day fell to my slow rolled attomic prong and went 49cm fl and 1.79kg. That would be 1 of my best fish on 2lb fluro staight through and gave me a fair bit of curry. Conditions were favourable all day despite the forecast and fish bit all day. We also caught 3 tagged fish in the session. Thanks again for the fish Chris had a ball.

Big Nick still smacks em even in the fresh. Great stuff mate! They are certainly some solid fish. I hit the river yesterday for a quickie and got into a few squire. The rig's ready for Sunday mate if you are. Just gotta run it by the boss 1st.

Was going to ask the same re launching a moderate sized boat there ..... heard I might have trouble with the 5m glass haines .... whaddya think mate?

Hey Guys the dam is a bit of a puddle but Chris was telling me he ran a comp there 2 weeks ago and had 25 boats on the dam. As for launching boats it was fairly easy (a bit muddy) but there was a pro strike on the water the same day we were out and he had no trouble launching. I dont think id be putting in a half decent sized boat without a 4b but smaller tinnies should be alright.

Franco. Hows it going mate. you got your fishin mojo back yet? Dave said your keen to smack a few snapps, give us a yell when your ready for a lesson in ass whooping.
