Good on the young fella Adrian, another fisho in the making
Cheers
PS: Will catch up next time
set of from the ramp at 3am with my son.Headed to the lower hards for a few hours before the wind and swell came up.
My ten yr old son caught his first ever reel fish ( not including whiting etc) a very nice parrot. He is still stoked with his parrot and moses perch.
It was great to see him battle with these fish in eighties metres of water .
tally for the few hrs was 1 snapper 1 parrot 2 areolate rockcod 1 moses perch.
hooked up to something large which straightened out my 70 pd snap swivel
Was baited up with a 7" nukular chicken and 1oz lead head.
Comming back was hell it took 2.5 hrs at 20klm what a slop , i am still swaying while writing this. cheers Adrian
