Borumba Dam

Any reports on Borumba.
Have never fished there before and would like some info. on bait, what to target etc.

Have a look at Fitzy's web site (sweetwaterfishing.com.au) and look under Locations.

Good for Bass, Toga and Yellas. The western end of the dam has lots of standing timber, which is where most head to.

generally trolling to the timber and casting lures up tight against the timber works well. If you are heading across the main section and spot fish down deep, stop and drop a jackal down and give it a jig. Drop-shotting also works in the same situ.
