    Brissy flathead on the chew

Headed out with mate to the river at 6pm to chase a mixed bag and got a lot of flathead hitting our plastics under the light of the pilons. A few large hits that took my 4" lime tiger of at the leader but couldnt land em. My mate pulled up a 70 to 80 cm at least but lost it after a heap of thrashing on the surface. The big hits under the hidden structure will keep me going back because they make my 12 pound leader look like butter. cheers.

Some of the spots would get me in trouble with the police but on the north side of the river in the shallows.
