    Shimano twin power or sustain?

    hey everyone,

Just wondering which reel is better? The twin power has more bearings, but the sustain is more expensive.... i like the look of the sustain better too but im still not sure which one to get! Has anyone used both?

Hi pirate, i have a sustain and although a good reel i think the twin power is a better reel, also look at the sol before buying either.

    hey mate,
well i would deffanetaly go the sustain cause i bought a twinpower a while back and i noticed at work that the twinpowers are made in malaysia and because i bought mine wen they first came out i thought mine would be but instaed mine sais japan and yes they are both the same sizes so go the sustain they are so smooth and aslong as you take care of it its urs forever haha. and for a reel that has a 10year warranty and lays the braid perfectly i dont think u could go better. wat size were you goin to get and also alot of shops are clearing out on the sustains so look around there are some cheapies,
    cheers

I was gonna go the 1000 size, i already have one and love it. But i know a place that is doing them for $259 and im assuming that all the tackle shops are clearing them out cause there not going to be selling them anymore like the smaller stradics? so i just want to get another while i still can lol. wat would be better? 1000 or 2500?
