    plastic sesh

Went for a fish today down the nerang at a spot we have been getting a few school jew at, made sure i had the camera so i could put up some pics cause its been a while,2nd cast produced a nice little jewie 60cm in length a quick photo and off he shot, got a few nice bream biggest went 30cm to the fork, got a few flatties as well around the 60cm mark then changed plastics to a 2 inch shrimp and scored another jewie that was 62cm long, we were using 10 pound leader and i hooked a good fish on it and after it almost spooling me twice he pulled the hooks , i think this might of been a bigger jewie cause he felt the same as the smaller ones, also got a few small trevs to.

those 2inch shrimp go well up there, was fishing after dark out of the boat one night and the surface of the water was literally alive. Fish absolutely smashing millions of small shrimp, was amazing, put the torch on the water and all you could see was all these tiny little red eyes from the shrimp. Think there was just too much bait around as we didnt get much at all.

Nice little jew, yet to land one myself.

You obviously know your area well Jackextracter, and the right plastics to use, I just hope you got back in time before those ominous dark clouds caught up with you in one of the photos
