Got to green just as the big orange ball was about to surface. Fished SPs and a floating bait for over 2 hours without a real hit. Water was crystal clear. Think I'll head to some dirty water next time sea conditions are so perfect.

I think we need a bit of rain to stir things up, BGG. It's the same every where in the S.E. Good time to go on a few scouting missions!

You're not the lone wolf! I was out there last night for 1 Snap at Wello and zilch at Green on SP's... When i arrived at the ramp to head out circa 8ish, a couple of blokes were cleaning there catch (close to a bag) of Snaps from Green on baits. ALB78 was also out at spotat a 'murky' island and he bagged out on Snaps last night too (on bait)... I could actually see bommies at Wello/Green in 5m last night it's that clear!

I reckon I could have dropped a coin overboard in 5 metres and seen heads or tails!!
If only I could keep my pool that clean!!!!
