I have onr on the back of my Cruise Craft,

Fuel consumption is exceptional, cannot give prcise figures as I don't have a fuel meter.
Even if I don't go out for 4-6 weeks she starts first pop every time, has plenty of balls.

I had 2 of my big mates up at the same time skiing behind the rig no dramas at all.
Life expectancy - keep her regulary serviced, flushed and innox after every trip should see her good for a few thousand hours I was informed by those in the know here when I first posted the same question.

You won't be dissapointed with it mate.
How many hours has it done, mine now has 170 hours, not alot for a 2004 model but I use it whenever I can or conditions allow - every 2 weeks as a general rule.

    Cheers Ryan.

It has been pushing my dads 23 foot boat around lake macquarie for a while now, and he is installing a diesel inboard - scored the yammy for $3500, alot more hrs than yours but not a scratch on it and purrs. I have been told that the Pro fishermen expect up to 4000 hrs before any sort of rebuild.
    Thanks mate, Pete.

Hey Emu you might wanna get the timing belt changed at about a thousand hrs or a little sooner a couple of guy's i know have had them break at 1200-1500 hrs and if that happen's it's usually new motor time and also do the gearbox oil very regulary as they also are a bit tempremental and like fresh oil. They seem to be a fairly good engine on the whole though so if you do the maitence it should be good for 4-5000 hrs as long as you don't flog it.Dan..........
