It would have to be quite deep water i dont think the bay has any water quite that deep and outside has more than enough reefs. maybe the top deck could be cut away and the bottom half split latterally again to make 3 sections of reef for the bay??
About 2 miles offshore from redcliffe would be a good location i think. Who has got a potato gun?
