    overseas source for bulk braid?

I'm looking to get a bulk spook of braid, and after having my fingers burnt with the Bluewater fishing stuff on eBay I think I'm going to stay with a branded make.

I've see a few posts where board members have bought overseas, it looks like usually from the US.

Can somebody give some reccomended places to buy from?

howdy.first you have to figure out which brand you like then do a search.i decided to buy tuff line xp and did a search.come up with this joint in the states.took a few weeks to get here due to some items back ordered but saved about a billion dollars buying it here.got enough braid to last 2 lifetimes now.ned.

yep, braid from over seas is not all that much better priced, then you add any problems you may have (like yours on ebay) have a look at Wellseys, they have a website with prices.

Thanks for the tip about Wellseys, did not know about them. No good for the braid I'm looking for, (don't appear to have in a BS lighter than 20lbs), but a useful site to have bookmarked.

I'm not sure where to buy it in bulk but the braid I use here in the states is Power Pro. I have tried probably 5 or 6 different brands and I always come back to Power Pro. It should be available in 8lb test on up. Here is a site here in the US that sells it, http://www.alltackle.com/power_pro.htm. I am sure there are lots of sites here in the states that have it. I don't endorse this site and am not affiliated in any way. Just wanted to give you an idea about Power Pro because it is really good stuff!
    Good Luck!
