Scarby fishing reports?

Hi fellas,

Just wondering whats happening down at scarby reef this week??

Is there anything being caught and is the water still clear?

last couple off weeks been a shocker for me, can't find the snapper. Fished last sunday from 2.30am till 11.00am with hardly a bite. Hooked something big and really slow played for about half an hour than busted off. Don't know what it was probably carpet shark, been gettin some of them.

If you sound inline with the big yellow beacon bout 300m towards margate theres a good patch looks promising.

stuffed if i can get a feed at scarb. tried there last 2 weeks. nothing.

I have not seen too many boats out along the front there of late? Wonder how many go out from Scarb Harbour on Friday night early Saturday morn??

I might opt for either currimundi or mud on the weekend then at least they have got some fish coming in.
