nice one, how far out did you find the snapper. Did you rely on gps points or just sound around for the bait fish. we ended up with two parrot and nothing else. we found the going a little tough in the fathers 5m allycraft. but it really slacked off after lunch you could have been out in a 2m tinnie!!!

yeah, we probably should have moved into 15 mile gutter for a look see but we were getting down on the fuel, Definitly would have stayed for an over nighter had we been in a more suitable boat. Didnt leave until after six either which didnt help our cause. Its good to fish midweek though. Not many boats out that s for sure. how nice were those snapper on the plate? did the parrot in a little beer batter, turned up a treat.
