    what a night

    Went to the banks sat night leaving harbour about 10pm with foreshore on boad
    Conditions were good for about 25klms then it got worse.we arrive at spot x about midnight found we had about 20knots so we hit the cot till daybreak hoping to land a few fish.at daybreak we woke up and sounded around found a few fish on the sounder and dropped pick.1st drop got a pearlie then nothing moved a few more times with little results.so we headed home slowlyresult
    1 snapper
    1 pearlie 4 hoggies
    no pics do u wonder

    Hard luck mate.

    I don't feel so bad for staying curled up in bed instead of making the effort.

    Sounds similar to my run today left ramp 2pm got 20km out right into those westerlies said stuff this turned around and cut my losses got 3 sub snappers in close and cut and run, just have to take it on the chin and try again soon,the run out and back to the barwons sure can get ugly in a small boat.

    Tough goin Pete by the sounds of it. Will have to do another run out from Moreton with you and try a few of those marks again.

    It was much the same in close but calmer and bugger all fish. HATE THOSE DAYS
    The weather windows seem to be few and far between at the moment.
