it happens to me to with just about every pic i bring up from peoples personal photo galery.
What browser and version are you using?
It use to happen to me but uprgaded Firefox http://www.getfirefox.com and doesn't happen any more. Some people have reported that once they upgrade IE it stops. I don't use IE so I can not confirm that. But if you are using IE I would suggest you make sure you are using the most current version. Is also a good idea to do this for security reasons.
