In the bay near moreton

[Far side]

Ventured out today forecast was not so great gusting south westerly
Bay capping. Started at the rous and moved north to the beacons
Floated out a pilly bang Shark about 4 ft Hate leaving the hooks in them so dragged up to the side of the boat put the old bite proof stainless glove on got the plyers nope straightened the hooks gone. Snagged a winter whiting off a pillie and loaded up the rig 2nd hit big and slow worked it up to the boat bang 60 lb braid busted off.

moved into moreton floated a pilly off bang head shakes always a good sign
Came up with a longtail 10.7 kg that will do me packed it up and off home.
All in all a very satisfying day very happy with the new gear worked a treat.

Nice fish there Far Side - I am really wanting to get into one of them outta the bay. Gotta get the boat in the water first I spose!! Bene stuck reno'ing the house to get it on the market.

Tomorrow am going to have it Japanese style seaweed and raw with wasabi
